Home maintenance
Upkeep
Track filters, servicing and seasonal chores so your home stays cared for. A quiet checklist that lives entirely on your phone.
Not out yet. Upkeep is built and in testing, and arrives on Google Play first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it lands — one email, nothing else.
What Upkeep does
- A preset catalogue of standard jobs — HVAC filters, gutters, smoke-detector batteries, water-heater flush — grouped by area of the home and always editable.
- Reminders when a job is due, scheduled on your device: seasonal tasks anchor to months, interval tasks to when you last did them.
- A service log that can't be taken away — every completion with date, cost, notes and photos, on your own phone.
- A clear dashboard — the next 30 days, what is overdue, and what the house has cost you this year.
- PDF or CSV service history, generated on your device for insurance or resale.
- Optional app lock and encrypted Google Drive backup — both off until you turn them on.
Suggested intervals are common rules of thumb you can edit. They do not replace a manufacturer's instructions or a professional inspection.
The same promise as every Coffer app
What you record lives in an encrypted database on your own device. There is no account to create, no analytics watching you, and no server of ours holding a copy — so there is nothing for us to leak, sell or lose. Export your data whenever you like; nothing you have already written down disappears if you stop paying.
Upkeep questions
Do I need an account to use Upkeep?
No. Open Upkeep and start — there is no sign-up, no email address and no password. Your identity is your business, and the app works without it.
Where does Upkeep store my data?
In an encrypted database on your own phone. There is no server of ours holding a copy, so there is nothing for us to leak, sell or lose — and you can export your records whenever you like.
Does Upkeep have ads or tracking?
No. There are no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs and no third-party tags in any Coffer app.
Is Upkeep free?
Upkeep has a genuinely useful free core. One Coffer subscription unlocks the extras across every Coffer app instead of charging per app, and cancelling never takes away anything you have already recorded.
